Brilliant

Your style is really awesome and different. It's awesome that you do these traditionally. The smoke I think needs more detail to it as right now it's too bland and takes up too much space. Keep up the good work matt ;)

UnderARock responds:

thanks dude, the smoke is pretty boring, I wish I did more with it

Pretty nice

Good job with the shapes and anatomy and the expression on his face, they're all done really well. I really like the characters you've drawn here. The shading isn't very strong so I think you should have either emphasised the shading or added some outlines.

Chilli Dogs are aweso...

It's heaps good how you emphasise everything but it still looks normal and not too weird. I think you should have put them in a scene instead of just using a texture as the background. Your art really inspires me and I find it quite similar to my style in some ways.

Awesome!

Your style is really great with all the patterns and lines. The textures work really well. The scenes you draw are very interesting and mystical. The colours of the red/purple leaves are quite a bit brighter than everything else, which makes everything else seem a bit duller. It would also be good if the two pictures were connected either directly or in the way that you could see the guy or the enterance of the well in the other picture. Hope to see more stuff from you, perhaps an animation even?

Really great!

This is really well done. The way the waves splash onto the rocks and cliff face is done really well. I think that the cliff face looks a bit blury and not as clear and crisp as everything else. I think it might look a bit more realistic if the rocks and sea were a bit less saturated. Really great work though, did you use a reference?

Kuoke responds:

I never use references. I was trying to make a focus like cameras, but oh well. Otherwise, cheers bro.

Really great work!

This is really well done, you really seem to be trying new things and improving. Water if often quite hard to draw right but you should try and make it more transparent so you can see things on the bottom, at the moment although it looks good looks a bit too much like a sheet of fabric. The ducks are done really well and overall the scene is really great.

Nice work.

Quite nicely done. The brightness of it makes it seem like it's some sort of flash back scene. The light band across his hair looks a bit out of place. It's scares me how he has no eyes. The colouring and that looks good. Wtf is that white thing in the foreground.

ZachsAnomaly responds:

Napkin. LOL. This was a silly "what if" scenario of the grungy main character from my upcoming flash flipbook series. It was a quick doodle painting. Thank you, I really wanted it to look foggy like this and I'm glad it came out the way it did.

Awesome

Really cool style. A bit more shading on the character would have been nice. I also think you should have done more defined outlines on the clouds and moon like on the character and umbrella. The picture looks really good though, kind of looks like it's taken from a tv show. It's a bit confusing how below him there's like stars and it's darker. Makes my think for a bit that perhaps he's upside down.

MrCreeep responds:

i didnt refine it more cause i only had an hour to draw and color it. those aren't stars below him, its city lights. thanks for the comment

Purdy good

It's drawn fairly well and accurately. I think you should try drawing different types of people as all the people are very similar. All your characters have an round head shapes. You've drawn her pose well, the colours seem a bit dull. Keep practising and you should become really great.

Great work!

I really wish I could colour like this. The lighting and colouring and way you shade looks so good. The gun seems a bit dark compared to everything else which makes it harder to see the different parts on the gun. Apart from that it's awesome, the only thing that would have made it better is if you put him in a proper setting.

i change my mind so much i can't even trust it, my mind changes me so much i can't even trust myself
